Are you a budding video editor with a passion for storytelling and a knack for visual flair? Ascend Spark is looking for a talented and dedicated Junior Video Editor to join our creative team on a full-time basis!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life through compelling video content across various platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Editing raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms (social media, website, ads, etc.).
  • Adding titles, lower thirds, and other motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.
  • Selecting and syncing appropriate music and sound effects to complement video narratives.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and high quality across all video projects.
  • Collaborating closely with our marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute video campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro: You should be comfortable with editing footage, adding transitions, and basic audio adjustments.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects: Familiarity with creating simple motion graphics and animations is a significant plus.
  • An eye for detail and strong storytelling abilities: You understand how to craft a narrative and make videos engaging.
  • Knowledge of graphic design is a bonus: If you can create or work with visual assets, that’s a huge advantage!
  • Passion: A passion for creating high-quality video content and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
